John, Alex, Cassie and Jonathan,
I can’t even begin to imagine the loss you’re feeling. I am so sorry. Your mother/wife was a wonderful woman she will live on in each one of you. My thoughts and prayers go out to each one of you.
Much time has past since I have seen Sandy, but the memories never fade.
Sandy and I went to Tampa Catholic together and through our years high school years formed a beautiful friendship. I was blessed to have her as my friend. Sandy was a role module to me as a teenager and a young adult. Memories of our days at the skating rink will never fade. I remember so vividly our days at the skating rink. John was the DJ at the time, and I will never forget when I introduced them. I saw the light and love in both of their eyes, and I new they would form a live time of love and family, and they did. So much time has passed since those days, but those days have brought us all together.
Sandy, I remember our high school days, we would stay up and talk late into the morning hours, about our days at school, our future and mostly you John. I love you and you will always have a place in my heart. You are with the Lord now, no more suffering. Rest in peace my dear friend. May God’s light shine upon you.
Love and God’s strength to you all,
Lynette DiDia

Sandy is my mother, my hero, my role model and my everything. She has always been there for me and never let me down. Mom and I share a lot of the same thoughts, feelings and memories together and I could honestly say her and I have the strongest bond a mother and daughter could have. She is the strongest, happiest, most amazing person I have ever met and will ever meet, beautiful both inside and out. Her life here on earth was cut short but she will forever be in heaven and in my heart, although physically she could not be further away, spiritually she couldn’t be closer. I will miss my mother more than any person could possibly imagine...but I know that she is happy and I will be with her again when it comes my time to go. I love you mommy…I love you the mostest.
Love,
Your mighty mouse

To all who have been a part of Sandy's life, God Bless You. I have also had the pleasure of knowing her for half of my life and she was and will always be a huge part of who I am. Even though we will morn Sandy's death, we will also celebrate her beautiful life. She was full of love and laughter but most importantly, always there when you needed her. To John, my deepest thoughts are with you and your kids. I know that you will do a great job at teaching them the same love that you and Sandy had together and guiding them to love the same. To Sarah, may you always charish the great memories that your daughters Carolyn and Sandy have given you. And to Alex, Cassie and Jonathan, always remember your mom for the beautiful person that she was and the great love that she gave to everyone in her life. My prayers are with you. I love you Sandy.

I first knew Sandy as a parent, as I taught several of her children. I knew her later as a staff member, as she became a teacher aide. She was always postive and helpful. She will be remembered by all those whose lives she touched.
