Obituary of Michelle Kahle Bailey

Michelle was strong-willed, determined, and funny. She had a giving and soft heart and often went out of her way to help others. She was at her best when she sensed someone being treated unfairly or suffering unjustly. She was always for the underdog. When she found a cause, and she often did, she was a passionate advocate. As a child, she was the peacemaker in the family, and was especially sensitive to any stress or conflict. All her brothers and sisters have stories of her sticking up for them when she thought they were being unduly picked on. A lover of animals, she always had pets around her. Any stray or injured animal would be fortunate to wander into her path. Her instincts were to take in anything needy, from squirrels to neighbor children. She was hard-working, generous to a fault, courageous and feisty. As she grew into an adult, she acquired a knack and was developing into a great cook. She was beautiful, both inside and out, and always put others needs before her own. Her great sensitivity to others could have the reason for her health problems. Her health grew more and more precarious and became a bigger and bigger part of her life. She succumbed to it at a far too early age.
